The Golden Oak Legacy Society honors and recognizes friends of the St. Clare Health Care Foundation who have made a commitment of $5,000 or greater through a current gift, pledge, or estate gift to the Foundation’s endowment or one of its named endowed funds.
The St. Clare Health Care Foundation’s endowment is its permanent investment portfolio, which allows the Foundation and its endowment donors to give to local health care needs. Named endowed funds are part of the Foundation’s endowment, with each fund being designated for a specific purpose.
Your gift will last forever.
Only income from the investment of your gift to the St. Clare Health Care Foundation’s endowment will be used, so your gift will continue to benefit local health care.
Your gift will make a difference.
Income from the endowment stays right here in our community and is used for:
- Purchasing new medical equipment
- Expanding technology
- Adding new facilities at St. Clare Hospital & Health Services and St. Clare Meadows Care Center
- Assisting those who are uninsured
- Supporting health-related programs that serve the community
Your gift can be made in a variety of ways.
- Gifts can be made to the St. Clare Health Care Foundation’s endowment as:
- Cash or assets given now
- Pledge to be paid in full within the next five years
- Beneficiary in your will, trust, insurance policy or retirement plan
