St Clare Center offers primary Residential treatment, Outpatient treatment, Day treatment, Relapse Prevention, Gender specific groups, and an Intensive outpatient Opioid addiction treatment program with Buprenorphine (Suboxone).

Our goal is to help addicted people and their families put their lives back together again.

Our St. Clare Center program helps a person start the recovery process from chemical addiction or abuse.

St Clare Center is the Department of Transportation approved agency in Sauk County to provide Court Ordered Assessments to persons convicted of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (OWI/DUI), or related offenses who are required to complete an assessment of their use of alcohol, drugs, and prescription medications. The purpose of this confidential assessment is to determine whether a drinking or drug problem exists. All assessments result in a referral to either an educational program or a counseling program: this is called a “Driver Safety Plan”, which is a required component of Wisconsin’s Intoxicated Driver Program.
